Reuse of Industrial Metal Wastes as Partial Replacement of Aggregates in Mortar Production

Sustainable waste management is becoming more and important in the construction industry due to increasing costs as well environmental effects. As a result of level wastes damage, use these has become focus for beneficial activities sustainable industrial applications. This study presents experimental results on effect performance cementitious mixtures. The scope this study, therefore, was assess aluminium physical mechanical properties cement based mixtures prepared different compositions. Consistency, bulk density, porosity, absorption, flexural compressive strength tests were carried out produced by using aggregates percentages instead fine aggregate. Results showed that with 4% had highest water absorption porosity. With addition %1 lathe waste, it observed behavior mortar maximum optimum percentage noted. In addition, when same compared, amount binder played significant role both strength. have shown incorporate into can be suitable solution recycling
